Parthenon Data Centres is an ambitious company designing, building and operating carbon neutral data centres. Parthenon specializes in a brand new breed of data centres, energetically coupled with greenhouse farming. Design based on mutual energy exchange between data centre and greenhouses allows for exceptional optimisation of energy efficiency and carbon footprint. This is what we call Symbiosis. Data centres have been responsible for a substantial part of the world’s energy consumption and carbon emission. The ever increasing need for data centre services only increases the size of the issue. Currently the ICT carbon emission roughly equals that of the aviation industry. The overall ICT power consumption more than doubles every six years.
In order to make the next generation of data centres sustainable and environment friendly bold steps are required. Parthenon has the vision and the designs to make those bold steps. Symbiosis is our foundation.
